- I'm a twenty something African American woman with many goals and aspirations. I lived many places, experienced many things, witness the best and worst of what life has to offer. Most of my peers seek satisfaction in "just being" but I'm different. See, I can't live my life looking straight ahead of me; I have to know what’s going on around me as well. The world around me is filled with so much love, hate, drama, laughter, sadness, and joy. I have an opinion on it all. I maintain sanity by allowing my pen and my brain to join forces and do battle with a sheet of white paper. I engage in a constant war with my moral and how it lines up with what’s acceptable in our society. My only ammo is my writing. So here it is, in print, just for you. Remember: Write is Right, your opinion is welcomed, but only my opinion counts.
